Bloggers I Know: Jono Tosch

Jono Tosch has a wonderful blog called Oil Changes.  He is a very experienced poet, but Oil Changes is a cooking blog, the best cooking blog I have ever read, although to be exact its finest quality is the fact that Jono makes (hilarious and quietly comforting) videos of himself cooking the foods he writes about. Go watch some Jono, he'll make you feel better.
